Course Content

Creating the Infrastructure of the Quality Assurance System "in the first module; quality concept, standard and standardization, importance of standard in production and service sector, management quality and standards, environmental standards, second module named "Establishing Quality Management System"; quality management system models, strategic management, participation in management, process management system, resource management system.
