Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to comprehend the basic issues, development theories and programs in preschool education. Having knowledge about major approaches early in childhood Head Start Project, Reggio Emilia, High Scope, Montessori, Bank Street, Waldorf principles related approaches, concepts and analyze detailed application and Turkey to interpretation in matters of applicability of this approach and have the application qualification it is to be.

Theories and theorists that are effective in preschool education, Pre-school education program, Froebel Approach, Froebel Materials and their use, High Scope Program Approach, High Scope Program Models, Montessori Model, Montessori Materials and activities for use, Regilio Emilia Approach, Waldorf Approach, Comparison of different approaches with Preschool Education Program
