Objectives of the Course

In this course; nutrients, nutrition, adequate and balanced nutrition concepts, storage, preparation, presentation of nutrients, nutritional characteristics appropriate to the developmental stages of children.

Course Content

Basic Concepts of Nutrition, Importance of Child Nutrition, Nutritional Habits in Children, Planning of Nutrition Times, Children with Special Situations about Nutrition, Food Preparation, Cooking, Storage and Presentation, Preparing Menu for Children, Nutrition According to Development Periods.
