Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is for students to; the basic rules of technical drawing, drawing basic geometric shapes according to the rules of technical drawing, and the ability to read and create technical drawings.

1.Recognizing and understanding the basic rules of technical drawing
2.To be able to recognize, comprehend and draw simple geometric shapes according to technical drawing rules.
3.Recognizing and comprehending the basic rules of design geometry and drawing the actual size of the object
4.Creating, dimensioning and tolerating two-dimensional (front, side and top) view images from the perspective of complex objects
5.To be able to draw and comprehend the appearance, full and gradual cross-section of simple and complex objects according to technical drawing rules.
