Objectives of the Course

To give information about the central and peripheral nervous system, which is necessary for the physiotherapy and rehabilitation program, to teach the pathological changes that change the brain function and clinical symptoms.

Course Content

General concepts about the structure and functioning of the nervous system, macroscopic anatomy and physiology of the central nervous system, medulla spinalis, truncus cerebri, formatio reticularis, ascending and descending tracts of cerebellum medulla spinalis, cranial nerves, basal ganglia, diencephalon, visual and auditory tracts. Veins of the limbic system, autonomic nervous system, telencephalon and mss are included in the course content.
