Objectives of the Course

To comprehend the basic knowledge of kinesiology, the subjects covered by kinesiology; To learn about the mechanics and pathomechanics of joint movements of movement and movement types, bone, muscle, collogen, cartilage tissue, vertebra, pelvis, lower and upper extremity joint movements.

Course Content

Introduction to kinesiology - basic principles of movement, kinesiological properties of special tissues, bone tissue-connective tissue-collogen tissue-cartilage tissue-knee tissue kinesiology, vertebral kinesiology, joint kinesiology, normal and pathological walking kinesiology, kinesiology vertebralis kinesiology, pelvis-hip-knee joint-foot and ankle kinesiology, shoulder arm complex-elbow joint-hand and wrist kinesiology, temporomandibular joint kinesiology

1.Knows the basic concepts of kinesiology, movement types and mechanical working principles of the human body.
2.Explains the structure, mechanical properties and functional roles of bone and muscle tissues during movement.
3.Knows normal posture mechanisms, spinal kinesiology and factors affecting body balance.
4.Knows the kinesiology of the joints that make up the upper extremity (shoulder, elbow, wrist).
5.Knows the kinesiology of the joints that make up the lower extremities (hip, knee, ankle). Knows the walking phases.
