The aim of this course is to enable students to become familiar with AI-powered tools used in educational processes, to use these tools effectively, and to develop solutions that contribute to educational practices within their own professional fields. By learning about current AI-based educational applications, students will gain practical insight into how to leverage these technologies in the creation, delivery, and assessment of educational content.
The course begins with an introduction to the applications of artificial intelligence in education, covering topics such as intelligent tutoring systems, personalized learning, educational data analytics, and AI-based assessment systems. Additionally, practical applications—including AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., generating videos and materials using AI), virtual assistants, and the use of chatbots in education—are examined. By the end of the course, students apply their theoretical knowledge by designing an AI-supported application tailored to a specific educational scenario.
