Objectives of the Course

The aim is to introduce students to the field of traffic psychology , to understand the unique research techniques , to gain awareness of driver behavior and assessment of traffic accidents prevention

Course Content

Traffic psychology in the history of psychology and relationship with other areas; the unique research methods,measuring traffic psychology , driver skills assessment methods, young and neuroscience findings for older drivers, visual attention , social, personal and emotional limitations, mental health and driver behavior , taking measures in traffic, possible measures to reduce traffic accidents , problematic and vulnerable road users
