Objectives of the Course

Having information about the study areas, basic concepts, target groups and research methods of political psychology as a sub-field of psychology, and to gain ability to analyze these issues.

Course Content

The main issue of political psychology, study areas and methods; political attitudes, attitude change, voting behavior; political ideologies, values and public opinion; personality and politics; discrimination, otherness and social contact; anomie and alienation; intergroup conflict, violence and political change, mass media and politics.
