Introducing natural compounds to undergraduate students, teaching the structure of natural compounds, isolation and purification techniques applied to these compounds, and the application areas of natural compounds.
Fat and fatty acids, Alkaloids, Terpenes, Phenolic Compounds, Steroids, Dyes, Hormones, Vitamins, Extraction methods and general purification methods of Natural Compounds, Identification of Natural Compounds by spectroscopic methods.
