To introduce statistical inference methods, enable students to make decisions about populations using sample data, and develop their ability to perform correlation and regression analyses.
Sampling distributions, Central Limit Theorem, estimation theory, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, one- and two-population problems, chi-square tests, t-tests, F-tests, analysis of variance, correlation and regression.
