Objectives of the Course

The post-graduate students who consider studying on criminal justice system and other associated subjects will have basic knowledge of the principles of penal code, the execution of sentences, probation and the regulations concerned.

Course Content

Basic concepts and fundamantels of criminal law;sanctions,control organs and criminal investigation; prediction and prevention of crimes,general information of regulation of probation, rehabilitation works in probation system and preventive approaches to juvenile delinquency.

8.evaluate the causative factors contributing to juvenile delinquency,
9.have a critical approach to crime news on mass media,
10.will have an opinion that crime policy should be supported through comprehensive social policies,
11.will substantiate positive general prevention policies,
12.will be eager to strenghten the mechanisms of juvenile self-control in their future social statues through appropriate educational approaches.
