The course aims to provide the students with the knowledge of German culture and literature through different texts selected from the genres of German literature, novels, stories and poetry.
The works of the major writers of German Literature are translated into Turkish and read, taking into account the characteristics of the period they were written and their effects on the literary system, literary and cultural inferences are made.
