Objectives of the Course

This course is for university students; aims to gain knowledge, attitudes and behaviors about the importance and effects of basic parameters (nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management, relationships) for healthy living and health protection.

This course covers topics related to healthy living and maintaining health.
