The Department of French Language and Literature actively provide education and training.
History
The department of French Language and Literature has started Bachelor education in the academic year of 2005-2006. First graduates are in 2010.
Mission
The mission of French Language and Literature is to train individuals who are fully competent in speaking and writing French language, in Western literatures and cultures, and in writing and speaking English along with French, and who can work in the public and private institutions as media-press, tourism, banking, education, cultural services and related ministries.
Purpose
Training students who are aware of French Language and Literature, good at written and spoken French, master of his/her native language (Turkish), good at written and spoken English as a second language, master of Western languages and cultures, and who can work in different sectors.
