The aim of this course is to examine, analyze and question Kant's views on Epistemology and Ethics, one of the most important philosophers of 18th century philosophy and Enlightenment.
In this course, firstly, the conditions determining Aristotle's philosophy and the general thought of antiquity will be introduced.The general features of Aristotle's philosophy, Aristotle's approach to basic philosophical problems and concepts will be discussed. We will move on to the discussion of philosophical problems and concepts with selected texts from Aristotle's well-known dialogues. In the last part of the lectures, Aristotle's influence on contemporary philosophers and philosophy will be discussed.
