Objectives of the Course

While analyzing/trying to understand different dimensions of religious life, it is to lead the student to consider the concepts used in the field of social psychology and the theories developed based on these concepts.

Course Content

Social psychology, its field and problems, Methodology in social psychology research, Social influence and compliance, Attitudes and the formation of attitudes, Attitude and behavior, Cognitive dissonance theory, Group structure and group dynamics.
