Objectives of the Course

To provide students with the necessary knowledge and techniques to analyze classical texts from the perspectives of nahw (Arabic syntax), sarf (Arabic morphology), and linguistics.

Course Content

Exercises on Arabic grammar rules are conducted using selected texts from advanced nahw and sarf books covering topics such as major and minor sentences, nominal and verbal sentences, past and present tense applications, imperative forms, past tense verbs with nunation (mazi nakıs), and applications related to particles resembling verbs (harf-ı müşebbeh bil-Fiil). Similar example sentences and verses from the Quran are used for practical applications.

5.Students learn all applications related to the imperative mood, and effectively use it within sentences.
6.Students learn all applications related to verbs with nunation (mazi nakıs) and practice their analysis.
7.Students learn and analyze all applications related to particles resembling verbs (harf-ı müşebbeh bil-Fiil).
