Objectives of the Course

It is aimed to introduce the main sources written in the field of Sufism in chronological order and to give information about the basic subjects, terms and issues of Sufism in the light of these main sources, and thus to gain a general idea about the understanding of Sufism of the Sufi authors who wrote the works.

Course Content

In the Classical Sufi Texts Course; One of the Main Works Sourced from the Science of Sufism; el-Lüm'a, et-Taarruf, Risâletü'l-Melâmiyye, Risâletü'l-Kuşeyriyye, Keşfü'l-Mahcûb, el-Munkız mine'd-dalal, el-Fethu'r-rabbanî ve'l-feyzü' Some sections from r-rahmânî, el-Fütûhâtü'l-Mekkiyye, Mesnevî-i Şerîf, Avârifü'l-Maârif, el-Hikemü'l-Atâiyye, Nefehâtü'l-üns and Mektûbât will be discussed and analyzed.
