The aim of the Financial Institutions Management course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how financial institutions operate and are managed in modern business environments. The course focuses on management functions, decision-making processes, leadership, motivation, and teamwork as they apply to financial organizations. Students learn to analyze internal and external environments to ensure strategic alignment, while also engaging with ethics, corporate responsibility, and sustainability issues.
