Entrepreneurial mindset is necessary not only for the creation of a business but also for increasing the competitiveness of existing businesses throughout the business life. Therefore, the development of entrepreneurial perspective and behaviors are among the core competencies for business life. In this framework, this course is designed to develop students' entrepreneurial skills and capacities.
Leadership characteristics, leadership and motivation, team building. Entrepreneur and entrepreneurship concepts, factors affecting entrepreneurship, development of entrepreneurship in the historical process, international / national examples. Innovation sources, processes, management, creativity, creativity stages and techniques, relationship between entrepreneurship and innovation and creativity process, entrepreneurship / innovation / creativity effect in sustainable development.
