This course aims to teach the fundamental principles of civil procedure law, the stages of judicial proceedings, and the procedural rules applied in civil litigation. It provides students with knowledge regarding the initiation of lawsuits, judicial proceedings, evidence, and legal remedies. The rights and obligations of the parties are examined within the framework of the right to a fair trial, which is a fundamental requirement of the rule of law. Furthermore, current developments and practical issues in civil procedure law are evaluated.
he course begins with the fundamental concepts and principles of civil procedure law. The jurisdiction and competence of courts, procedural requirements, and preliminary objections are examined. The initiation of lawsuits, parties to litigation, procedural rules, and the system of evidence are discussed in detail. Temporary legal protections, judgments, and legal remedies are evaluated. In addition, alternative dispute resolution methods and the role of the right to a fair trial in civil procedure law are analyzed.
