Objectives of the Course

The aim of the lesson is,analysing and studying the strategic management approachs in terms of the touristic enterprises.

Course Content

Strategy and similar concepts,features of strategical management,process,components,business and industrial environment analysis,senior management’s strategies,institutional strategies,competitive strategies,functional strategies,techniques of strategical management.

1.Being able to distinguish the concept of strategy than the similar ones and have a good information about the concept of strategy
2.Learning the features of strategical management,process and components of strategic management
3.Being informed about how dealing with the business and industrial environment analysis techniques during the process of strategical management
4.Having information about the evaluation methods of environmental components during the strategical management process
5.Having information about strategic analysis and choice
6.Being informed of strategical guidance
7.Learning how to make proceduralization of basic strategies and their sub groups, with the samples from market conditions
8.Having information about senior management strategies,instutitional strategies,rivalry and functional strategies.
9.Learning the important techniques used during the application of management strategies
10.Testing the students’knowledge gained throughout the mid -term ,and testing their strategical consciousness, supplying them with a model business firm conceived on paper
