Course aims to teach the ways of efficient team work and leadership.
Objectives of teamwork, increasing to contribute to an individual's success of the team, motivate the team members, evaluate the performance of the team members, relationship of teams and team members, team spirit, leadership qualities, types of leadership, the importance of the leaders in the success of the team, relationship of the leader and team members.
