Objectives of the Course

The aim of the lesson is to emphasize the differance between verbal, nonverbl and written communication types, explore the place of communication, explore the place of communication, evaluate the importance of personal and organizational communication.

Course Content

İn the course especially communication among people and organizational communication and verbal and non-verbal communication are discussed.

Learning Outcomes
1.To be able to recognize the prosperties of various factors such as the source, the recipient and the message whşch are take place at the communication process
2.To be able to undersand and comprehend contact model and the items in this model
3.To be able to define and express which feature the source and the recipient need to have for being successful in the communication
4.To be able to gain effective speaking and listening skills by recognizing verbal communication.
5.To be able to have knowledge about body language and non verbal communication.
6.Empathy skills develop.
