2.	To be able to undersand and comprehend contact model and the items in this model
3.	To be able to define and express which feature the source and the recipient need to have for being successful in the communication
4.	To be able to gain effective speaking and listening skills by recognizing verbal communication.
5.	To be able to have knowledge about body language and non verbal communication.
6.	Empathy skills develop.
