| 1. | Analyze the fundamental concepts and dimensions of organizational behavior, as well as its role and importance in organizations, and examine the organizational factors that influence employee behavior. |
| 2. | Analyze positive organizational behavior constructs, including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational trust, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational justice, and evaluate their effects on organizational performance and employee productivity. |
| 3. | Analyze the causes, consequences, and organizational impacts of negative organizational behavior phenomena such as mobbing, organizational alienation, organizational cynicism, workaholism, and organizational silence. |
