Objectives of the Course

To recognize the adventure of philosophical thought from the beginning of philosophical thought in human history to the present day and to examine the issues discussed in philosophy in relation to the accumulation of theology. video

Course Content

Ancient, Medieval, Modern and Modern Period thinkers, traditions and works.

1.Selects, uses and develops appropriate tools for the field of theology and uses the information and information technologies required by the field at an advanced level.
2.Learns Western philosophers, main movements, philosophical systems and basic issues in the ancient world.
3.Understands the problems of the history of philosophy that shape Western thought.
4.Gains critical thinking ability.
5.Learns the basic areas of philosophy such as metaphysics, epistemology, ethics and aesthetics.
6.Learns the relationship between philosophy and religion in classical Western thought and different perspectives on religion.
