Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide the place and importance of logic in Islamic sciences. To introduce Islamic scholars who have works related to logic and to examine their works.

Course Content

Basic concepts of classical logic logic's place in the Islamic world evidence and its use in the Islamic religion reasoning the views of Ghazali, Farabi, Ibn Sina and Ibn Hazm, Abu Hanifa and Maturidi in logic
