To examine the concepts, subjects and sources of the course from the classical period to the present day from the texts of kavâidü't-tefsir, ulûmu'l-Qur'ân and Tafsir Usul texts from Arabic and Turkish texts and thus to eliminate the procedural problem.
In the course, the issue of usul, which is one of the main problems of tafsir, has been examined in a multidimensional way. It is aimed for students to comprehend issues such as principles, principles and rules of tafsir. It is ensured that they understand the differences between the terms Kavâidü't-tefsir, ulûmu'l-Qur'ân and tafsir methodology.
