It is aimed to provide information about Sufi movements that have existed in various parts of the world, especially in Türkiye, from the 20th century to the present, by establishing a connection with the past.
In this course, the general course of Sufism in the world in the 20th century and today will be discussed within the framework of the characteristics and activities of Sufi movements, especially in Turkey, the Balkans, England, the United States, North Africa, the Middle East, India and Pakistan.
| 1. | To have general information about the general course of Sufism from the 20th century to the present; |
| 2. | To be informed about the characteristics, main representatives, works and activities of Sufi movements in Turkey, the Balkans, Europe, the USA, North Africa, the Middle East, India and Pakistan during the said period; |
| 3. | To obtain information about the Sufi situation and movements in Türkiye and other countries and regions during the said period, including political, social, religious, human and cultural conditions; |
| 4. | To be able to evaluate the existence of these movements together with contemporary and regional conditions. |
