Objectives of the Course

Learning about bacterial infections and diagnostic methods, microbiological basic staining techniques, media and cultivation methods, learning the characteristics and diagnoses of bacteria, learning antibiotic resistance mechanisms, pathogenesis and diagnostic methods in fungal infections, general properties of viruses with theoretical, practical, clinical skills and panels in the course committee. , basic concepts of immunology and defense of the host. In addition, it is aimed to teach the parasitic infectious agents, their clinic and diagnosis, and the methods used in the diagnosis of parasitic infections.

With theoretical, practical, clinical skills and panels in the course committee, bacterial infections and diagnostic methods, microbiological basic staining techniques, media and cultivation methods, general characteristics of bacteria, antibiotic resistance mechanisms, pathogenesis and diagnostic methods in fungal infections, general characteristics of viruses, basic immunology concepts and defense of the host, parasitic infectious agents, clinic and diagnosis, methods used in the diagnosis of parasitic infections
