Objectives of the Course

It is planned that the students will adapt the information they have acquired in the previous terms to the clinic and see the art of medicine practically. During this internship period, students; to communicate with patients and their relatives at a professional level; to learn the pathophysiology and clinical features of adult and pediatric genitourinary system diseases and to establish connections between them; It is aimed to gain the ability to diagnose and evaluate frequently encountered urological disorders at the level of general practitioner, to organize first-line treatments and to direct patients to the right places.

Learning Outcomes
1.To be able to take history from urological patients and perform physical examination,
2.To learn basic radiological imaging methods, to use and interpret them appropriately in pre-diagnosis and diagnosis steps
3.To learn endourological diagnosis and treatment methods, to be able to establish a relationship with urological diseases
4.To reach the level of knowledge and skills to apply and interpret frequently used inquiry forms in primary care
5.Knowing the symptoms and natural history of BPH, taking history and using diagnostic tools correctly,
