Defining and questioning the managerial and health service delivery dimensions of health services in primary health care, the health status of the province and health problems using scientific methods and epidemiological techniques, intervening in these problems using health promotion and health education techniques, performing team service and leadership role in the team, To train physicians who can solve health problems with the existing infrastructure by using the knowledge, skills and attitudes that they are equipped with, apply their profession by observing ethical rules, renew and develop themselves, researching and questioning, at international standards.
