Objectives of the Course

Comprehending the basic mechanisms of evolution. Establishing a relationship between diseases and evolutionary mechanisms.

Definition of evolution theory and basic mechanisms, evolution at molecular level, human evolution, life histories, use of evolution in medical practice.
