To teach general and special examination techniques regarding diseases in different animal species To teach evaluation of various examination results for correct diagnosis, and to compare them within differential diagnosis
This course covers the fundamental principles of clinical diagnosis in veterinary medicine, including history taking, animal restraint, and systematic clinical examination techniques. It addresses the examination of general health status, skin and mucous membranes, and the lymphatic, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, urinary, and nervous systems, as well as the diagnostic use of laboratory, endoscopic, and imaging techniques.
