The objective of this course is to teach fundamental concepts of composite materials, manufacturing methods of composite materials, industries to use composite materials, the design criteria of laminated composite materials, how to determine mechanical properties of composite materials and optimum design criteria.
Basic concepts, engineering materials and application areas.
