The objective of this course is to give basics solar energy and and its applications.
Renewable energy sources and introduction of solar energy. Solar radiation. Flat plate collectors. Transparent covers and absorber surfaces. Thermal calculates of flat plate collectors. Solar energy storage. Water heating system of solar energy. Thermal calculations of water heating systems. f-Chart method. Automatic control systems. Applications of solar energy. Concentrating collectors.
