The objective of this course is to teach the students to calculate the necessary forces, moments, shears and structural design a multistory building with the help of a computer and the relevant software.

| 1. | After the course, a student knows basic software that can be used in computer aided decision making process in civil engineering technology and management. |
| 2. | A student has an established knowledge in civil engineering technology including methods, techniques and tools for construction planning and execution. |

| 4. | A student is able to estimate if methods and tools are useful or not to solve basic tasks typical for civil engineering as well as to choose the right methods and tools. |
