Objectives of the Course

To gain knowledge about the water quality, water resources, hydraulic principles, population projection, water demand, project design criteria and the points to be considered in practice from the source to the settlement, design of water distribution networks, pipes, valves, installation of pipe lines, characteristics of drinking water, water treatment schemes and design considerations, unit operations in water treatment.
