The effects of globalization and Turkey; developments in the last century in the world; changes on the environment; military and economic partnerships; effects of globalization on less developed countries; Turkey's status against globalization; concepts such as pluralism and multiculturalism (and their place in teaching in social studies) and multicultural education practices.
