Objectives of the Course

The course aims to help learners to practice the individual counseling sessions

Course Content

Carrying out at least 15 individual counseling sessions under supervision using basic counseling skills and techniques

Learning Outcomes
1.Use therapeutic conditions and therapeutic skills appropriately.
2. Express feelings, thoughts and experiences in a concrete way in the counseling process.
3.Start, continue and end counseling process by establishing a therapeutic relationship with the client.
4.Conceptualize the problem presented by the client.
5.Choose the intervention strategies appropriate to the client's problems.
6.Plan interventions appropriate to the client's problems.
7.Implement and evaluate interventions.
8.Stick to the ethical principles and legal obligations in individual counseling practices.
9.Improve constructive feedback skills.
