At the end of this course, the students; 1) Recognize the basic concepts of the family therapy 2) Know the functions and process of family therapy 3) Recognize the concepts, basic philosophies and processes of the main approaches of family therapy
Basic concepts and principles of family counseling, systemic family structure, functional and nonfunctional family structure, family life cycle, theories and approaches to family counseling and reflection of theories on family counseling; stages of family counseling, marriage and divorce, the impact of divorce on children.
