In addition to understanding the structures and mechanisms of enzymes, it is aimed to give the theoretical and practical information about enzymes production, enzyme determination methods and enzyme kinetics and characterization.
The structure, functions, purification and characterization of enzymes.
| 1. | Learning the structures and functions of enzymes |
| 2. | To be able to produce enzymes with biotechnological design |
| 3. | To understand and apply the purification methods of enzymes |
| 4. | To be able to control the purity of the enzyme to which various purification methods are applied |
| 5. | To be able to interpret the biotechnological importance of the data obtained from the characterization of enzymes |
| 1. | ENZYMES, A Practical Introduction to Structure, Mechanism and Data Analysis, Robert A. Copeland, Second Edition, WILEY-VCH, 2000. |
