Objectives of the Course

To gain the ability to learn and apply biochemical methods.

Course Content

Application of qualitative and quantitative carbohydrate determinations, total lipid and fatty acid determination methods, electrophoretic techniques, protein electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), gel filtration and ion-exchange chromatography methods.
