Objectives of the Course

Teaching biochemical principles in industrial, medical and environmental applications.

Course Content

Gaining knowledge about fermentation, gene technology, environmental issues and modern biotechnology applications by gaining knowledge about basic biotechnological processes and applications.

5.Learn about immobilization technology and biosensors.
6.Gains information about the principles and usage areas of functional food production.
