Objectives of the Course

Work and working that an essential facts of social and economic life are investigated indepth, evaluated in socio-historical frame and analysed its actual sociological dimensions. Working life has transformed dramatically in globalization process. Generated transformations and new working patterns in this context are investigated in this lesson.

Course Content

Sociological approach to working, status and importance of work and working in social life, new working patterns in the context of globalization, flexible production-flexible working, changing character of current labour force.
