Objectives of the Course

This course is aimed at developing the students’ ability to consider the formation of law as a system from the anthropo-sociological perspective, to evaluate the importance of this perspective and law as an altering dynamic to depend on scientific researches, and to regard legal system as an integral part of the social life.

This course is aimed at developing the students’ ability to consider the formation of law.

1.The students explains how law is considered from different perspectives such as legal dogmatics, philosophy of law, sociology of law.
2.Evaluates the importance of the special contributions of these perspectives in analyzing legal formation.
3.Explains the significance of law as the changing dynamics
4.Acquires consciousness of social policies contributing to the legislative amendments made for social development and progress.
5.Plans a research on the field of sociology of law.
