Objectives of the Course

The rise and development of Kiev Kneze; the effects of Mongols on Russian history and culture; the rise and development of Moscow Kneze; the formation and expansion dynamics of Imperial Russia; the basic dynamics of Caucasian history and the process of taking over the Caucasus; XIX and XX. the basic dynamics of the Russian history of the century. Russia's relations with the Ottoman Empire in the historical process of evaluation. To have knowledge about the history of Russian-Turkish relations starting from Kiev kneze until the Soviet Union period.

Course Content

The results of the development of Russia and its interaction with the Turkish States. The Russian-Turkish struggle and its consequences.
