This course is primarily intended for students who are able to read and understand in English. It aims to introduce main art history terminology in English and is designed to assist students in reading and understanding main texts produced in the field of art history.

Weekly meetings includes comprehending and analysing different types of texts written by the pioneers of the discipline such as Kostof, Necipoğlu, Wöfflin, Riegl.
